Communities where we work

ConeXión Mosaico launched our community transformation model in 2006 in the Chimalhuacán municipality.

In late 2012, we expanded into a second community, San José Palmas, in the Los Reyes La Paz municipality. Mid-2013, we expanded into a third community, San Sebastián, also in Los Reyes. At ConeXión Mosaico, all of our processes are designed to be replicated in other contexts as well as scaled up for increased impact. We are continuously learning from what we are doing, both what works well and what needs to be adjusted. By developing change agents and community-based structures within the slums we work in, we assure that our local projects and change processes will be sustainable over time and have a long-term impact.
